Would you like to treat yourself to a massage? We collaborate with a professional massage therapist, Marc, whose practice is just a one-minute walk from the house.
A massage “énergétique” is a holistic massage based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It combines flowing movements, acupressure, and gentle stretching to promote deep relaxation, relieve tension, support detoxification and stimulate the body’s natural energy flow. With firmer pressure, it can also become a complete sports massage.

2. Chi Nei Tsang. Focused on the abdomen. Detoxifies & tones; releases tension and relaxes. 1h10, 70€.
3. Foot reflexology. Relaxation & grounding. Supports the entire body. 50mn, 50€.
4. Kobido. Facial, neck & scalp massage. Drains, stimulates microcirculation & promotes deep relaxation. 50mn, 50€.
