When is the pool open and can I swim naked?
The pool is open during the day from mid-May to mid-October. Swimwear is optional in and around the pool. We remind you that it is prohibited to drink, eat, or smoke in the pool.

How early can I arrive / check-in?
Your room will be ready by 3:30pm. If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your bags and go explore Orthez, or relax in the garden and enjoy the pool until your room is ready.

Do you offer massages?
We work with a professional masseur who has his studio a quick 1-minute walk from the house. You can book your massage direcltly with him. To find out more, check out this page.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via card, cash or French "chèques-vacances".

You say you are "éco-résponsable". What does that mean?
From energy efficient appliances, to watching our water consumption – we've put in place measures to help reduce our impact on the environment. During your stay you'll find tips and recommendations about how you, too, can help make a positive difference.

Do you accept pets?
No, sorry! We love animals but not everyone does. So for the comfort of all guests, animals are not accepted.

Can I smoke or vape?
Inside the house is completely non-smoking / non-vaping, but you're welcome to smoke / vape in the garden and next to the pool. We ask you simply to be mindful of other guests.

Can I invite friends or family to the house, garden or pool during my stay?
It is not permitted to invite non-paying guests into the common areas: the dining room, the garden and the pool.

Where can I park?
There are two free carparks near to the house: Parking de la Poustelle and Place du Foirail. You can find both of these easily on Google maps – be sure to include "Orthez".

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival date, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date your 25% deposit WILL NOT BE refunded.
